Welcome To The Mannish Boys website

Hailing from Charlotte, NC, the Mannish Boys play music that's inspired by the American Garage Rock scene of the 1960s, and the blues-infused Rock & Roll that were championed during that time by the Rolling Stones, Yardbirds and Pretty Things. Singer and guitarist Jake Berger founded his first band in 1965, and carries the spirit of those days into the Mannish Boys. The band is rounded out by drummer Donny Fletcher, bassist Jon Schigoda, and singer and harmonica player Shawn Mobley. The Mannish Boys play loud, raucous and fun music, the way that Rock & Roll was meant to be played.
